    It typically takes a few hours depending on the size to install

    Yes, the safe rooms can be customized

  • What is the warranty on your storm shelters?

    There is a lifetime warranty on leakage.

  • Are your storm shelters tested and certified for safety?

    Yes, all shelters are tested, and pass FEMA requirements

  • How many people can fit in the storm shelter?

    The size of the shelter will depict how many people will fit comfortably at one time.

  • Do you offer financing options for storm shelter installations?

    We currently do not offer financing.

  • How deep does the storm shelter need to be buried?

    68"-80" deep depending on size of shelter

  • What is the maintenance required for a storm shelter?

    Very little maintenance, keep clean, lubricate door seals 2x's a year

  • Are there any government regulations or permits required for installing a storm shelter?

    Check local area for need for permits, usually do not need permits

  • Can the storm shelter be relocated if we move?

    Can take safe room with you if you move, however cannot move underground shelters

  • How does the ventilation system work in the storm shelter?

    All shelters have air vents built in them for air flow

  • What kind of emergency supplies should we keep in the storm shelter?

    We recommend keeping flashlight batteries, and bottled water for emergency supplies.

  • Do you offer any additional features or upgrades for storm shelters?

    The steel safe rooms can be custom made, however the underground shelters are standard sizes
